ABOUT US
A family business, built on relationships.
Kyle Insurance & Financial Services has been trusted across Northern Ireland since 1980. We're small by design — it's what lets us treat every client's file as if it were our own.
OUR STORY
Kyle Insurance & Financial Services was founded in 1980 and has been family-run ever since. What started as a general insurance business has grown, over the last eight years in particular, into a business known locally for its property expertise — working closely with landlords, homeowners, and local estate agents and property management agents who trust us with their clients.
Alongside insurance, we also look after mortgages and protection — a side of the business built up over many years and now continued by the next generation of the family. We still do all the things a good local broker should: home, car, and business insurance too. But property is where we've grown, and where we specialise.
WHY WE'RE DIFFERENT
We're property owners too
Our own partners have personally been landlords and property owners for over 15 years. We don't just arrange property insurance — we understand it first-hand.
We're small, and proud of it
Being small, independent and Directly Authorised means we're not tied to one insurer or lender's agenda — while memberships like Paradigm Mortgage Club and Bravo Network give us the same access and support as much bigger brokers.
We treat every file like our own
Many of our clients have been with us for years, some for decades. We treat every case — and every client — with the same care we'd want for our own family.
MEET THE TEAM
Meet the people who make it all happen.

Proud sponsors of Brown Shoes Triathlon Club
Since 2020, we've been proud sponsors of Brown Shoes Triathlon Club — a friendly, inclusive local club that grew out of the "Try a Tri" programme at Valley Leisure Centre in Newtownabbey.
The club is open to everyone, from complete beginners taking on their first triathlon to experienced racers and members who simply train for the enjoyment of it. That community spirit is exactly the kind of thing we like to be part of.
